This agreement is for the 9th ROK-US Alliance Forum.
본인은 한미동맹재단과 주한미군전우회가 주관하는
"제9회 한미동맹포럼" 행사(이하 “행사”) 참가자로서 아래 명시된 각 항목의 사항들을 숙지하였으며, 이에 동의합니다.
As a participant of the "9th ROK-US Alliance Forum", I agree to all the terms and conditions of each item specified below.

① 본인은 원활한 행사 진행을 위해 성명과 이메일 정보제공에 동의합니다.
① I agree to the provision of the name and e-mail information for the smooth conference.
② 본인은 본 정보가 행사 목적 이외에 사용되지 않는다는 것을 인지하고 있습니다.
② I am aware that this information is not used for any purpose other than the purpose of the conference.
